What does EpitomePD do for a junior hockey team or academy?
EpitomePD gives each of your players an individual performance profile built from two objective inputs: a 90-item, hockey-calibrated behavioral assessment and an optional 22-marker genetic test kit. Players and their families use the resulting reports — profile archetype, scored mindset dimensions, and tailored monthly actions — to target development work that skating and skills coaching can’t reach.
How does the team program work?
Your organization receives a promo code that applies your organization’s pricing at checkout. You share the code with your players’ families; parents (or players 18+) purchase directly on this site, complete the assessment on their own time, and receive their reports in their own account. There is no roster upload, no team dashboard, and no software for your staff to run.
Do coaches or team staff see player results?
No. Reports are delivered only to the account of the player or their parent/guardian, and we will not disclose an individual’s results to any athletic organisation without that person’s specific written consent. Players and families can always choose to share their own report with a coach — that decision stays with them.
What does it cost for players on a team?
The assessment, genetic kit, and bundle are one-time purchases in Canadian dollars — current prices are on the products page. Participating organizations receive a promo code that applies their organization pricing automatically at checkout.
What about players aged 14 to 17?
EpitomePD is built for players 14 and up, and athletes under 18 participate only with parental consent. A parent or guardian can either manage the athlete’s profile from their own account, or the athlete can hold their own account with results unlocking once a parent or guardian consents by email.

Partner Program
Does the team receive anything for participating?
Yes. For every player who completes an assessment through your organization’s promo code, your program receives CA$25. Participation costs your organization nothing — the program exists because a coach’s endorsement is how serious families find us. Payment terms are settled directly with your organization when your promo code is set up.
